Marisa Culatto was born in the Canary Islands, and lives and works the UK. Culatto has spent the last decade almost exclusively working with digital photography preoccupied with pushing – blurring – its boundaries into the language and practice usually associated with other mediums. Since Lockdown her practice has reincorporated works on paper, mostly employing ink, markers and watercolour and recently combining all these with photography.
